Program name: Bachelor of Tourism and Hotels - Major in Airlines Business
The Program General Objectives:
This program aims to prepare a graduate who is able to:
- Serve the community and continuous learning through raising awareness.
 - Use scientific methods in problem-solving, crises management, and emergency situations to keep up with developments in the tourism field.
 - Keep up with the updates in the work environment of the tourism field.
 - Identify and distinguish the basic knowledge and theories of the tourism and hospitality industry.
 - Acquire professional and behavioral ethics in the tourism field.
 - Comprehend different cultures, deal with various behavioral patterns, and define principles and characteristics of customer service.
 - Become aware of the laws and regulations related to the tourism sector, determining the regulations of the rights and duties of workers in the field.
 - Determine public and occupational health principles, first aid, and security and safety rules that serve work in the tourism sector.
 - Become Familiar with the appropriate means to solve problems and crises arising at work and how to deal with emergencies in the tourism sector.

 - Organize conferences and events of tourism organizations.
